Have you ever thought about building a social project… but one that is extremely technical?
Social projects are often presented in a very classic and traditional form:
associations, community centers, humanitarian activities, or simple informational websites.
All of this is good and necessary, but it does not keep up with the rapid transformation the world is experiencing, especially for a generation that lives daily with Web3, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and modern learning platforms.
Inside the Social Values Chamber, we chose a completely different path.
A path that no one, to our knowledge, has taken on this level:
integrating deeply advanced technology into social and human-centered projects and turning them into future-oriented platforms that serve society and protect its values.
And if you don’t know me: I am the developer responsible for the CIV platforms and UbuntuKids, both belonging to the Social Values Chamber. From this position, I am sharing with you what we have been building behind the scenes.
What do we mean by advanced technology in our projects?
When we talk about “advanced technology,” we are not talking about a simple website or an informational page.
We are talking about complete social platforms built using:
- A full transformation to Web3 architecture
- Decentralized identity – digital ownership – transparency – data protection – future-proof structure.
- Learning paths, assessments, user progress, interactive content.
- Integration of a complete Learning Management System (LMS)
- User portals with personal profiles
Not a “visitor who reads,” but an active member:
profile, points, event participation, course access, community network.
These are things that you almost never find in a social organization, because they require high technical expertise and a long-term vision.
But we believe that the new generation will only interact with social projects inside a technological environment they recognize and understand.
We merge humanity + technology + education to build a stronger social future.
The overall vision of CIV and UbuntuKids
CIV Vision
CIV is not just a collection of projects; it is a system that aims to:
build a resilient community capable of handling crises (CIV-RAMP)
enhance real civic participation (CIV-CAMP)
create an effective communication gateway for society (CIV-CALL)
redefine modern social care (CIV-CARE)
CIV is a social-technological renaissance project connecting citizens, government, and community through modern tools.
UbuntuKids Vision
UbuntuKids is an educational platform inspired by the values of Ubuntu:
“I am because we are.”
Its goal is to build a generation that is aware, educated, value-driven, and capable of mastering the tools of the future.
It goes beyond traditional learning and becomes a center of education, values, and growth.
What have we achieved so far?
1.UbuntuKids — an educational platform for children
- The full design of the platform is completed.
- A fully integrated LMS system is built.
We are currently working on:
- creating the educational courses
- adding the educational content
- linking the platform dynamically to the user portal
This is not an ordinary platform; it is the first values-driven, Web3-based educational platform for children.
2. CIV-RAMP — a platform for community-based crisis management
The events model has been developed. We are now working on:
- completing the UI/UX design
- building the user portal
- adding the necessary crisis-management and community-activation tools
CIV-RAMP will be the first fully participatory social crisis platform.
3. CIV-CAMP (civ-camp.nl / civ-camp.eu)
Completed:
- the educational platform
- the user portal
- The Hub of Users: the interactive community center
Remaining:
- finishing the final interface design
- improving the visual identity
- improving the visual identity
CIV-CAMP is the project of modern community participation — a space where people come together to learn – participate – and build initiatives.
4. CIV-CALL — the completed platform
CIV-CALL is 100% ready.
We are now about to:
begin collaboration with Teleperformance
open communication channels with the government for support and official deployment
This platform will be the central gateway for social communication and rapid assistance.
5. CIV-CARE — the next project
This project has not started yet.
It is planned to begin next month.
CIV-CARE will be a platform that redefines the meaning of “care”:
psychological, social, values-based, and community-oriented — all within a modern technological framework.
Roadmap
Current Phase (in progress):
- Completing the content for UbuntuKids
- Finalizing the designs for CIV-RAMP and CIV-CAMP
- Activating CIV-CALL with Teleperformance
- Launching the CIV-CARE project
Next Phase (3–6 months):
- First user testing for the platforms
- Linking all CIV platforms under one unified Web3 identity
- Starting community campaigns and user-network building
- Integrating AI into education, content, and value-form
The question everyone asks: how much did all of this cost?
When people hear about Web3, LMS, user portals, and platforms of this level…
they expect that behind it there are millions of dollars, or major investors, or massive governmental funding.
But the truth is:
We received no government support… and we do not have million-dollar budgets.
Everything built so far was made possible thanks to:
A group of people who believe that society can be rebuilt through values…
and that technology must serve the human being — not the other way around.
They believe that our generation deserves modern platforms that reflect their values and give them the tools to build a better future.
Conclusion
We are not just building platforms.
We are building a new model of society — one that merges values with technology and connects human beings with the future.
And the journey has just begun… and we are grateful to everyone who shares this vision with us.
